# Vault / Revenue Sharing

## Whoops Vault

Whoops Vault is a project fund created with 40% of mint revenue and all revenues will be transferred. The Vault's funds will be distributed montly, used for merch boxes/activities, development, DAO and for holders benefit.

Revenues/expenses chart will be shared monthly with the holders transparently. You will always have access to the Solana address to check Vault's most recent balance.

* %50 of Royalties

## Revenue Sharing and Merch Box

1. **Monthly Revenue Distribution**\
   The holders will receive monthly distributions at specific rates of revenues (all services revenues + %50 of royalties).
2. **Whoops Merch Box**\
   We are creating Whoops Merch Box. Box will include accessories and a hat, hoodie or t-shirt. Major holders will receive this box for free, while others will pay a reduced price.
